Marc Dean is an awesome instructor and diver. He helped me earn my certification very quickly, and I’ve already had several memorable experiences with diving. I highly recommend the Discover Scuba Diving course that is offered for $25. It’s a great way to experience scuba diving, which is a rare find in Montana!

Got started on my PADI certification here, had two pool dives with Marc. I was impressed at his expertise and knowledge. Marc also worked through each task in the pool with thought and patience towards me as a student. The gear he had me use was in great condition and he had indepth advise on which type of gear to invest in.

Marc, Scott, and Vlad were awesome. Loved my dive certification class. Did my first 2 dives at the YMCA in Billings. Just finished my two open water dives at Crater in Midway, UT. Will be continuing my diver’s education. Can’t wait for mid-June for the next class.

I asked my wife what she wanted for Christmas and she replied “an experience…” what an answer! For a guy to figure out! After doing some research on things and “experiences” around the Billings area, I found Family Fun Scuba and Snorkel and thought that would be the perfect solution. Turns out I was right! It was something exciting and different to both of us, and what we thought would be a fun one- time thing to do. After an hour in the water with Marc, I think we might have found another hobby!! Our family loves Family Fun Scuba, we did Discover Scuba and it was so much fun, my husband went from there and got certified and will be ready to go diving on our next tropical vacation. They care about our community and have helped with a local event. Give Discover Scuba a try, even if you are not planning a trip in the near future it is a way to spend time with the family and be active even in the winter months. The instructors are very patient and helpful!

I’ve been taking classes and diving with Marc and crew for about a year now. My experience and training have been amazing. They are great at setting you up with the perfect dive gear, they also have certified technicians to work on your gear. Marc was very helpful getting both my boys fitted for wetsuits and other protective gear. During this time of COVID crisis, he made himself available and answered all my questions regarding open water swimming in low temps. And he supports our Veterans. Thanks Marc!
