Have you ever wondered what it’s like to dive with flashlights, take digital pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut? Beyond learning basic scuba skills, there are specialty “Aqua-Missions”, such as wreck diving, navigation, buoyancy, environmental awareness and more. PADI Seal Team includes doing some cool stuff in the pool, meeting friends and sharing in the adventure of the underwater world. Minimum group size – 3 participants.
Discover Scuba – (10+) Want to try Scuba Diving and see what it’s like? You can experience weightlessness and breathing underwater. This experience is offered monthly in a pool environment.
ReActivate – This class is for certified divers that need to “tune-up” their skills if it’s been over 6 months since your last dive. We know as divers, you want to make sure that you are confident, well-prepared and safe when you go on your next dives and enjoy what we all love to do!
Open Water Referral – (10+) – This is a great opportunity for people that want to get certified during the winter months, or when they are going on a vacation to a warm water location. To do this, you will complete the eLearning and confined water sections with us AND THEN, complete your open water dives to complete your certification with a PADI professional where you are traveling to. By doing so, you minimize time you have to “waste” during your valuable vacation doing training and maximize the amount of time you can be diving! The opposite is doable also. If you started your training with another facility, you can finish it with FFS&S! .
Open Water Diver (10+) – When you get your PADI Scuba certification from FFS&S we can guarantee you will be a superior diver to most of your beginner-peers. We go above and beyond the minimums to make sure that you can maximize the fun you will have diving!
Advanced Open Water Diver – It’s now time to take the “beginner skills” to the next level and have a blast experiencing advanced Scuba skills and adventures! This can be started immediately after your OW certification or anytime after. There are dozens of exciting classes to choose from that will take you to the next level!
Rescue Diver – This class is the real deal! You will learn life saving skills that can help you save yourself and others. It also prepare you to lead in life saving procedures, familiarizes you to general SCUBA related injuries and other medical situations. Unlike any other Scuba Shop in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming, we offer the PADI O2 Provider and EFR courses at cost to all of our Rescue Divers!! The PADI O2 Provider certification can also be used as as a specialty course towards your Master Scuba Diver rating as well.
Master SCUBA Diver – This PADI rating is considered the “Black-Belt” of all recreational-level Scuba Diving certifications! The Master Scuba Diver rating places you in an elite group of respected divers who have earned this rating through both significant experience and Scuba training. Fewer than two percent of divers ever achieve this rating and is one all divers should strive to attain. When you flash your Master Scuba Diver card, people know that you’ve spent significant time underwater in a variety of environments and had your share of dive adventures. Every diver, who is at least 12 years old, should aim for Master Scuba Diver. The path starts with earning a PADI Open Water Diver certification, followed by PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver (or qualifying certifications). You also need to earn five PADI Specialty Diver certifications and have logged a minimum of 50 dives.
Price for the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating dependent on courses that you choose to become certified in.
