We are Montana and Northern Wyoming’s Premier PADI Scuba Diving, snorkeling and swim professionals! Conveniently located in Montana’s Trailhead, Billings, Family Fun Scuba & Snorkel (FFS&S) provides the most up-to-date information and trends in Scuba classes with a personal touch you just won’t find anywhere else! Marc Dean, the owner of FFS&S is the ONLY full time PADI Scuba & Snorkel instructor in Billings and Montana! Marc works and instructs in Scuba, Snorkeling, Swim, First Aid, CPR, AED and O2 provider.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned diver, our helpful PADI staff is trained to assist you in effectively reaching and exceeding your goals. The PADI staff at Family Fun SCUBA & Snorkel loves working with families, groups, kids and individuals! FFS&S is steadfast to provide friendly, personal attention to its divers, helping them have “serious fun” while advancing their love and skill level for diving!
1) Take a look around at our Scuba and Snorkel and pages for more information and of course, don’t forget to see our Travel page! 2) We proactively instruct people how to Scuba Dive and snorkel and have a blast doing it.
3) We offer a minimum of 1 specialty course a month to sharpen diving skills and advance certification levels. Want to get get certified in a specific specialty area? Of course some of these classes are weather dictated considering we live in Montana.
4) We dive locally every week between May and November and travel to exciting locations at least three times a year No matter where we are though, we have a blast, investigating, training or just enjoying a dive! 5) FFS&S has the best class prices of ANY Scuba shop in Montana and Wyoming. Don’t be fooled by “up-front” advertised prices that become MUCH higher as the class continues, gear rentals and materials are added and process fees are charged. The prices we advertise are all-inclusive with no additional costs.
I was hesitant to dive locally considering I get cold REALLY easily! Marc finally wore me down and I went to Yellowtail damn near Fort Smith, MT. As I predicted, I started to get cold and we weren’t even close to being finished. To my surprise Marc & Todd had a hooded vest and thicker gloves waiting for me at the surface “just in case”. This crew rocks! A+ to FFS&S.
Marc is an exceptional diver and I love chatting with him about all the different places I can dive. He makes diving in Montana more reasonable with his cut to the point pricing.
They’re amazing! Truly the best places to shop in town. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I plan on taking an Advanced Open Water class with them this summer and I am stoked!
